Making an Appointment
- Please call 209-228-2273 for an appointment. Be prepared to describe your medical issue briefly. The more specific you are the better… so the staff can book ADEQUATE time for your concern.
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment. You may need to give a urine sample/do other testing or fill out a questionnaire before speaking to your medical provider.
- Please bring all records and medications with you if you have them. If you were recently in the ER or hospitalized, the staff will ask you to sign a release so we can get those records.
- State the reason(s) for your visit at the beginning of your visit. Please ASK questions! We like questions. If you are asked to follow up, please try to follow up with the same provider you saw the first time.
- If you cannot make your appointment time, please call us to cancel. This will allow other students to get the care they need.
